ARES modules can function as standalone stationary units, mobile systems, or an integrated network of sensors and effectors collaborating within a single protected area.
The system's response to threats
is carried out in three steps:
Detection and Recognition
Each ground module is equipped with a set of advanced sensors and both passive and active antennas, enabling immediate detection and identification of potential threats within a radius of several kilometers.
- Network Collaboration: Individual modules exchange data in real-time, creating a coherent situational picture over the protected facility.
- Tracking Continuity: The system „hands over” the tracked object between modules, eliminating blind spots and ensuring uninterrupted surveillance, even if an intruder attempts to use terrain or infrastructure for concealment.
AI Processing and Analysis
Data gathered by the sensors is analyzed by Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms, allowing for precise and reliable object classification (e.g., distinguishing a civilian drone from a military sabotage system).
- Escalation Ladder: Once a threat is identified, the system automatically selects the appropriate response level in accordance with the pre-programmed security doctrine.
- Operational Autonomy: Thanks to Edge Computing solutions, the system can operate fully autonomously, making defensive decisions in milliseconds—critical when facing mass „swarm” attacks.
Precision HPM Neutralization
At the heart of the system is a High-Power Microwave (HPM) emitter, which enables effective threat elimination without the use of kinetic ammunition.
- Two-stage Operation: The system can first disrupt the intruder’s electronics (as a warning signal) and then, if necessary, permanently neutralize its control systems, resulting in a safe immobilization of the object.
- Environmental Safety: HPM technology is ideal for use near LNG terminals, refineries, or airports, as it generates no fire or shrapnel, eliminating the risk of secondary explosions or property damage.
Energy Concentration: When highly shielded or distant targets are detected, several ground modules can synchronize their beams to multiply the strike power at a specific point.
